2 Copper Tubes For Heat Dissipation

We use 2 copper tubes, copper PCB and Ø32mm big size fan for high efficency cooling ability, ensure the led temperature is on the reasonable range, led headlight kits’ lifespan will be much longer.

How important the cooling system is?

  • For led headlight kits, the led chip temperature control is very crucial. The junction temperature of led chip is about 150°C (302°F).
