1. Cutting-edge soldering technoloy for LED chip
- Most of car LED headlight manufacturers are still using traditional soldering technology to solder LED and PCB. That will cause high voidage problem between LED & PCB, so that LED heat cannot be released efficiently. Then, LED bulb will be in high potential risk of burning, further cause large quantity defective and customer complaints.
- In TRENT, we use new Vacuum reflow soldering technology for all our headlight bulbs. With this technology, TRENT bulbs’ voidage (between LED & PCB) is less than 3%, so that the heat can be conducted to whole bulb.
2. Sustainable brightness (Slow brightness decay)
- To design and produce super bright LED headlight conversion kit is very easy, the real difficulty is getting the lasting high brightness. In the market, most of high power LED conversion kits are extreme bright when customers start to use. However, for a big part of these headlights, their brightness will decrease greatly to less than 60% after a few months. Even if they are durable also, but this low brightness output is meaningless for vehicle safe driving.
