A—The MOQ as below

1. If including LED headlight, then 1500sets LED headlight and 500sets each series for other products total per shipment.
2. If no LED headlight, then 4000sets other products total per shipment.

Q—What is the payment terms?

A—T/T, Western Union.

Q—What is the warranty time?

A—Usually 12~24 months, it also depends on the type of the products and customer’s need.

Q—What is the lead time?

A—Usually 7~12 days for sample order, for bulk orders, it depends on the order quantity.

Q—How to charge the freight?

A—The quotation usually doesn’t include the freight; customer can choose freight prepaid or freight collect.

Q—What is the type of shipping?

A—By express (FEDEX, DHL, TNT, UPS), by air and by sea

Q—What is the trade terms?

A—FOB Shenzhen, EXW.

Q—What if our product has fault during warranty period?

A— You can show us enough evidences, and if we confirm the fault is due to our reason, we can do:

1. Return the payment from the next order
2. Replace the new product by next shipment (if one piece product failed, we just return one piece payment or replace one piece product)

Q—How to place an order?

A—After confirming PI, the sample order requires 100% payment in advance. The bulk orders requires 30% deposit before production, and the rest 70% balance should be paid before shipment.

Q—Can you do OEM or ODM orders?

A—Yes.

Q—Can I get a lower price if I order large quantities?

A—Yes, the larger the quantity, the cheaper the prices.

Q—How can you guarantee the quality?

A—We purchase good raw materials for producing products. All products will be made burning test for 4~8hours, QC team will check production line frequently and make random test.
