Focos LED replacement headlight bulb is designed specially for high quality beam pattern. It complies with Halogen bulb’s illumination principle, perfectly suit to both of Reflectors and Projectors assemblies. We use LUXEON Z ES LED chip and durable cooling fan to make it to be a premium lighting product.

The Best Beam Pattern Headlight

We developed for getting best beam pattern quality, they are suitable both of Reflector and Projector headlight assemblies.

How to get the best beam pattern?

  • Focos LED H7 headlight bulbs comply with the OEM halogen bulb’s light emitting principle, make the LED chip’s position the same as halogen bulb filament.
  • The 2 light emitting sides’ thickness are only 3.5mm, almost no dark angle.
  • Based on the above 2 factors, our Focos LED headlight can project almost the same light beam pattern as OEM halogen bulb.

The Risk Of Scatter Light

So many LED headlight bulbs in market are super bright, but most of these products’ emitted light is very scattered, not suitable for reflector headlight assemblies, will greatly increase the risk of driving safety.

Why is light beam pattern important?

  • For the reflectors, if the LED headlight bulb’s light is scattered, and without good light beam pattern, then it will be extremely blinding to the oppsite drivers. That will weaken their eyesight, make their view darker.
  • On the other side, because the light your vehicle emitted is scattered, so light can’t reach further range, your view will be weakened too while you driving vehicle.
  • The scattered light will weaken both of you and the opposite drivers’ view, it’s very dangrious for driving.

  • High quality cooling fan provides efficient heat dissipation ability, make sure our LED chip can be less or around 100°C in working, then LED light decay process will be very slow, more durable.
  • We uses high-tech equipment to process our bulbs, increase the heat transfering efficiency, like Vacuum reflow soldering technology to LED chip and Copper PCB.
