To obtain the best light beam pattern, Trent developed Focos LED headlight bulb. It’s perfect for both of Reflector and Projector headlight assemblies. 

Product’s main advantages

  • Focos headlight bulb is almost the same perfect light beam pattern as OEM halogen bulb, suitable for both of Reflector & Projector, and no dazzling light to opposite side, much helpful to the driving safety.
  • It has efficient fan cooling system and biggest aluminum sink surface, so that we can put wattage to be higher (24W/bulb), the brightness is extremely good.

LUXEON Z ES LED

We adopt LUXEON Z ES LED for Focos LED lights headlights, make sure our bulbs have sustainable light output and long lifespan with super bright light.

  • High Brightness: with LUXEON Z ES LED chip, Focos LED headlight projects 4,000Lm/kit, 200% comparing with OEM halogen bulb.
  • Long Lifespan: Z ES LED is famous of high quality in automotive lighting industry, the crystallization point is over 150°C. And Trent’s design controls LED working temperature strictly (only around 100°C), that makes sure product will be long lifespan.
  • Sustainable Output: Z ES LED’s brightness won’t keep falling down, around 70% brightness at least even after long term usage. So, Focos LED headlight bulbs’ high brightness light is sustainable.

Premium Quality & Powerful Cooling

Trent makes production and inspection based on strictest standard, 100% bulbs have to be burned 4~8hrs aging test before packing.

On the other hand, Trent uses 50,000hrs powerful cooling fan, Vacuum reflow soldering technology and copper LED PCB on Focos headlight kit, make sure the long lifespan and sustainable high bright output.

Why do we use cooling fan?

  • High quality cooling fan provides much more efficient heat releasing ability, makes our LED chip is around 100°C when working, so that slow the light decay process.
  • With stronger heat dissipation ability, we can increase product Wattage to be higher (around 24W/bulb), then get brighter light (4,000Lm/kit).
